Worship at Bethany
Worship is more about substance than style. Through preaching, singing, praying, Scripture reading, giving, and observing baptism and the Lord's Supper, believers gether to seek afresh God's glory, confess their sin, embrace anew God's grace in Christ, and commit their lives to service (Isaiah 6:1-8). At Bethany, worship is contemplative, filled with Scripture, and warmly traditional--celebrating the historic hymns and embracing the newer songs of worship.

Worship Ministry Opportunities:
We're extremely blessed by talented musicians, capable leadership, and a dedicated choir. Indeed, our worship choir is one of our most cherished and vibrant ministries, and is open to all church members. Worship choir rehearsal occurs every Sunday at 5:00 p.m., and at other times as announced. At Bethany, we seek to be both musically excellent, thoroughly congregational, and biblically authentic--matching "spirit" with "truth," and placing the emphasis on the hearts in the pews and not on the performers on stage.
